Awaken Cafe is Hiring an Experienced Coffee Manager

Awaken Cafe (www.awakencafe.com) is seeking an experienced Coffee Manager ($15/hr). We’re looking for a real cafe pro: someone with a minimum of two years experience managing people and a minimum of two years in Third Wave Coffee (familiarity with Four Barrel Coffee a plus). The ideal candidate is excellent at customer service, has extensive knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques, a refined coffee palate, ability to educate others on specialty coffee flavor profiles, advanced barista skills, experience with inventory and ordering, and has proven themselves an effective team leader. The Coffee Manager will be an important member of our management team helping to design and implement a world-class coffee program.
