Awaken Cafe is Hiring a Full Time Kitchen Manager

Awaken Cafe is hiring cashiers, barbacks, and an experienced full time kitchen manager..  Please read this entire post before replying.

We are seeking:

1. Part time Cashiers with a minimum of two years experience providing excellent customer service ($8.50-9.50/hr plus tips)
2. Part time Barbacks with a minimum of one year experience in a restaurant, bar or cafe ($8.50-9.50/hr plus tips)
3. Full time Kitchen Manager - minimum five years general kitchen/food experience, one year kitchen management role ($13-$15/hr) We have a a small, limited kitchen. We prepare all of our food in house from fresh organic produce and meat. Responsibilities include food cost calculations, ordering, food preparation, training others in food prep and plating, creating systems, organizing the kitchen, and eventually assisting in designing new dishes for the menu.
